Your role in helping us shape the future:

You will play a vital role in a team of Production Operations and Logistics professionals to help manufacture, repair, distribute and control Intelsat Inflight internet components. In addition, the release of these components after successful execution of these activities, through an EASA Form 1.

The fun part will be your contribution to analyze and apply different types of software and programs such as Linux, Microsoft Navision, Microsoft Office and Power BI. You will report to the Maintenance Manager and will be joining a team that promotes continued learning and expanding one’s skillset.


Are you up to the challenge?

  • Applying software updates such as Linux,
  • Creating, working with and analyzing Microsoft Office files, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working with and analyzing Windows Navision
  • Working with and analyzing Power BI
  • Thinking along about and making proposals for adjustments, improvements, extensions, etc.
  • Cooperate with customer, quality and other audits in the workshop, if applicable.
  • Cooperate in the efficient management of the entire facility.



Can you drive these processes?

  • Planning, classifying, executing and monitoring (coordinating) the work to be carried out in the workshop;
  • Supervising the execution of maintenance and production activities;
  • Create, analyze and report through Office 365 programs
  • First line maintenance on equipment driven by windows, Linux or other programs
  • Checking the execution of the work on the methods and materials used, in accordance with quality and safety specifications and other guidelines in accordance with Part-21 subpart G and EASA Part-145 aviation legislation; 
  • Conducting receiving inspections of Intelsat Inflight internet components;
  • Identifying, reporting and responding adequately to technical problems and bottlenecks;
  • The punctual recording of the technical administration, regarding hours and the work carried out in the associated Software system (Navision) and/or programs;
  • Maintaining a neat working environment around the complete workshop;
  • If necessary, on call for urgent repair/inspection;
  • Other tasks that can reasonably be expected;



You should definitely have:

  • A Completed technical MBO training level 4, (preferably Aviation, possession of an AML Part-66 B1 and/or B2 is a plus);
  • The ability to speak and the knowledge of the English language in word and writing
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar environment;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Great sense of responsibility (safety, security)
