If you are motivated and adept at driving process improvements, streamlining workflow, and driving data quality standards then this is the perfect role.  Drive the commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) definition and tracking with focus on metrics that will drive transformative decision making at all levels of the organization.  Develop a “story” from KPI analytics for regional, business unit, and global company performance on all metrics.


Are you up to the challenge?

  • Design, report, and maintain KPIs in Tableau in collaboration with the business units and sales regions;
  • Create sales performance KPI dashboards for sales leaders;
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Solutions Development, Marketing, etc. to consolidate KPI dashboards and tell a cohesive story for the entire commercial cycle from lead generation to solution delivery;
  • Create data visualizations based on other ad hoc requirements.


Can you drive these processes?

  • Forecast and report actuals for individual and team sales performance.  Highlight key observations to sales leadership;
  • Assist with territory management of sales leaders;
  • Recommend improvements of sales performance tracking and quota design;
  • Act as subject matter expert for questions/inquiries Sales Incentive Plan related topics;
  • Continuously analyze workflows for improvement areas and recommend transformative changes to our commercial processes.


You should definitely have:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least five years of relevant experience in sales analytics; (an Advanced Degree with at least three years of relevant experience in sales analytics will be considered)
  • Experience in accurately manipulating large data sets and working within a Data Warehouse; and the ability to connect the data points with process flows;
  • Effective verbal and written English language communication skills, with the ability to clearly describe business situations, process gaps, and trends, and present information to audiences across a wide range of roles and functions;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to rapidly establish and maintain highly productive working relationships at all levels across the company;
  • Proficient computer skills – must be comfortable using CRM tools, service booking applications, spreadsheets and reporting tools (Tableau);
  • Flexibility and persistence – you don’t give up at the first sign of challenges;
  • Diagnostic thought process – you dig deeper and identify root causes;
  • Ability to apply judgment - on when to flag and escalate issues;
  • Superior problem-solving skills;
  • Process orientation and strong personal quality assurance processes.
