For those interested in leading the building of new and better ways of working, this is the challenge for you.

  • Understand existing systems and processes to target areas of improvement and optimization.
  • Elicit, define and analyze requirements from multiple stakeholder groups and be able derive into executable tasks for development efforts.

Can you drive these processes?

  • Work with experts and representatives across the company to understand “as-is” state and develop informed position on desired “to-be” state.
  • Facilitate cross organization communication and work to define end-to end solutions that work for all stakeholders.
  • Drive out unclear roles and responsibilities across functions.
  • Standardize process documentation across all new products and functions wherever possible.
  • Define and implement ways to measure effectiveness of business processes, establishing metrics and tracking mechanisms as necessary for each process.
  • Enforce process engineering and product & technology readiness methodologies and standards, including team structures, deliverables, templates, and status reporting around initiative milestones.
  • Promote awareness of methodologies and educate stakeholders across the company to gain, validate and maintain the commitment of key resources in a matrixed environment.
  • Communicate status and issues to Management for action, and work with peers across the organization to remediate issues.
  • Become a process subject matter expert (SME) and establish working relationships with cross-functional teams throughout the company.
  • Act as a liaison, both internally and externally, to support the development and management of key program relationships.

You should definitely have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience required (or an equivalent amount of education and work experience).

  • Openness to alternate ideas, concepts, and perspectives
  • Ability to professionally challenge the status quo and escalate concerns to management
