Your role in helping us shape the future:


You will play an integral role in supporting Intelsat’s marketing automation strategy, demand generation campaigns, data reporting, and the optimization of various platforms in the marketing and content operations tech stack.

Bring your experience developing campaigns that yield qualified leads and provide critical advisory support to our highly collaborative marketing team. Your skill overseeing and optimizing lead management protocols and partnering with Sales Operations to deliver quality leads will be critical.

You are a flexible and dedicated professional focused on data accuracy, systems integration, and development of reporting that highlights key metrics that prove ROI.

Are you up to the challenge?

  • You are the administrator of record across the marketing tech stack and workflow management tools, responsible for building and maintaining processes and workflows.  You evaluate new marketing technologies, potential integrations, and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing performance.
  • You know how to create a sold lead flow/qualification system and will manage our lead scoring model while bridging marketing and sales to formalize our lead process and naming conventions.
  • You understand how to execute email campaigns for events, launches, etc.
  • You are responsible for the marketing database management-from list upload to SFDC integration.
  • You will demonstrate your influencing skills by bringing together IT, Digital, Sales, and Marketing.
  • You are ready to use your smarts by constantly keeping abreast of the latest in email marketing strategies and tactics as well as knowing when it’s time to upgrade our platforms for optimal performance.


Can you drive these processes?

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems and platforms across the tech stack to generate, distribute, report on leads, and manage system optimization, working with technology vendors as needed.
  • Assist with developing, maintaining, and tracking metrics/KPI reports within our various tools, providing insights into effectiveness, optimization, and business impact.
  • Support a repeatable and optimized email, nurture and drip campaign approach in partnership with Campaign Management team.
  • Create best-in-class landing pages for lead generation activities.
  • Cultivate targeted marketing campaigns in conjunction with department heads, to obtain qualified leads and support event managers.
  • Support and educate Demand Generation Managers on best practices for landing pages, list management and lead flow.


You should definitely have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or marketing operations.
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing automation systems such as Marketo and Eloqua; especially with integration to a Salesforce system preferred.
  • Hands-on work experience with project management and workflow tools such as Asana, Divvy, Trello, Jira, Wrike, etc.; including integration with other technologies.
  • Experience with email platforms such as Hubspot, Constant Contact, MailChimp or similar.
  • Data-driven mindset with passion to attribute and track results to drive a positive ROI on all marketing activities.
  • Ability to partner and collaborate across key functional areas such as sales operations, digital, IT and product.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, nimble learner, with ongoing drive to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing operations.
  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, with comfort meeting with marketing leadership


It would be nice if you had…

  • Marketo Certification.
  • Exposure to lead management in a Salesforce CMS and optimizing marketing-related Salesforce objects
  • Experience with ABM (DemandBase or similar platform).
  • Track record of establishing documented marketing automation strategies and awareness of optimization best practices
  • Exposure to video conferencing and online video meeting platform, e.g. ON24.
