Your role in helping us shape the future:


  • Manage strategic business development initiatives that drive corporate growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances under the guidance of the VP, Business Development.
  • Create and manage key relationships throughout the ecosystem (and beyond) in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Develop, evaluate, and close key business opportunities.
  • Align business development portfolio with product, sales and technology groups to implement inorganic acceleration for specific initiatives, verticals and product sets.
  • Provide input and support to leadership in the development of corporate-level initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals.

You should definitely have:


  • 4-year degree in business, telecommunication or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in technology related business development with at least 7 years of experience specifically in wireless telecom and/or satellite and/or webhosting space that involved international business development
  • Broad wireless telecommunication/technology and satellite knowledge
  • Competency in 3GPP, LTE, 5G, RAN, RF and MIMO antenna technology
  • Demonstrates an understanding of spectrum at the strategic, policy and technical layers 
  • Strong business/finance knowledge to drive business cases and value creation
  • Demonstrated success leading and building high performing teams of professionals (i.e. direct management not contractors or matrixed relationships)
  • Experience working successfully in international markets and in multicultural environments
  • Ability and desire to travel internationally up to 40%
  • Effective with MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • A flexible and adaptable leader in highly fluid environment (comfortably handles rapid and repeated changes in priority and focus).
  • Has an innate drive to achieve and lead by example.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate a clear vision. Must be able to communicate complex information in writing through detailed project plans and business cases.  Proven experience in persuading others with logic and compelling data.



It would be nice if you had:


  • MBA or other relatable graduate degree (technology, finance, etc)
  • Electrical engineering background
