Your role in helping us shape the future:

In your role you will play a vital part in supporting program management organization.  You will be working in a dynamic pace work environment where creativity and collaboration are a must. You will be addressing challenges in support of our Airline partners to delivering inflight entertainment and Wi-Fi connective in-air. 

You will be supporting multiple program managers on both domestic and international programs.

 

Are you up to the challenge?

  • Assist program managers in critical path analysis, program reporting and control metrics and analysis.
  • Support for creation of program schedules in MS Project under the direction of the Program Manager
  • Support maintenance of a healthy program portfolio in ensuring PMO Process compliance and Program schedule health
  • Serve as backup capacity for program managers to support other needed tasks at the direction of the program manager or director.

 

Can you drive these processes?

  • Navision job creation and ongoing job maintenance for schedule, BOM, revision level changes, upload of demand for programs
  • Support the deployment of Software to various airline partners
  • Facilitate monthly program reviews

 

You should definitely have:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in cross-functional project teams and being a team player
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Professional suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fundamental knowledge of project management practices (e.g. management of resource, risk, budgetary aspects of projects)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating and maintaining schedules in MS Project (minimum 3-5 years of experience)
  • Demonstrated proficiency (minimum 3-5 years of experience) working in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software platforms. 
  • Fundamental knowledge of accounting and supply chain management practices
  • Professional and courteous demeanor required for possible interface with customers and suppliers

  • Technical aptitude and experience in aviation industry
